ARTECY MANPOWER SERVICES is a local recruitment firm located in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, with its primary objective of helping people get jobs and assisting its client in the prudent supervision of people to achieve their business objectives. 
 
Artecy Manpower Services is a company organized under the virtue of the law duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry as an employment service provider that abides by the code of ethics of professional labor employment practices and is fully compliant with the mandated regulations of the Department of Labor and Employment under Department Order No. 174

With the three successive renewals of this credential, we can say that it was not easy to go through the meticulous process from the strict review by the Department of Labor and Employment for the award of DO-174. It merely proves that Artecy completely follows all the labor standards and practices established by the government.
