We will provide for all the needs of people regarding their professional and personal needs. From the benefits they need, such as loans and sickness from SSS, Hospitalization by Philhealth, and Housing loans from Pagibig, we are the ones who process everything and carefully file it so that it can follow through when needed again. We also conduct recruitment and hiring, training and orientation, and provide disciplinary action to anyone who violates the policy up to termination if necessary.
2. Human Resources Consultancy. There are times when we talk with the client about the strategies that need to implement with people to achieve the organizational goals further as set by them. Human Resources Strategy allows us to maximize the potential of our employees while aligning all HR activities to coincide with the set objectives.
3. Training and Development. When a lack of sufficient knowledge and skills detects in the performance evaluation, additional training needs to implement to perform their tasks more effectively. We also have regular meetings, seminars, and training for Supervisory and Managerial positions to supervise people in the client’s wishes.
4. Labor Relations Management. Artecy Manpower Services accommodates all employee concerns with utmost care. We carefully process any complaints following the requirements in the labor law, and solutions and possibilities are discussed rather than leading to labor conflict. If the matter reaches DOLE, only Artecy resolves it and does not involve the principal or client since Artecy is the sole employer of the employee. So the client no longer has problems with any matter that will arise legally due to the absence of an employer-employee relationship. Our Labor Relations Department handles the settlement of all labor disputes that may develop and completely removes the client in the matter.
5. Recruitment, Hiring, Promotion, and Firing. All Human Resources Activities are handled by Artecy from recruitment, training, promotion, up to firing for the client’s interest. Artecy Manpower Services provides all the client’s needs regarding the required HR activities with full enthusiasm and the highest effort possible.
6. Professional and Personal Counseling. Artecy carries out the proper guidance needed at work through regular communication. This method provides counseling to supply their personal needs and professional direction with compassion for their welfare. Once a week, the Coordinator meets with the employees to find out their working conditions and well-being.
7. Appraisal and Incentive Program. Newly hired workers undergo a performance evaluation during the first month of employment. At the end of the fifth month, the management will re-evaluate his ability to adapt to the client’s current situation and advance to probationary status. The client decides whether the new staff deserves to regularize his job. Upon reaching the regular rank, the employee receives additional benefits ascribed to a regular employee.
