RECRUITMENT CAPABILITIES
Artecy Manpower Services has extensive skills in conducting recruitment activities and promptly provides the client’s requirements for the position that needs to fill up ahead of time, even before the vacancy occurs. We establish regular access to major job internet promotions, systems, and platforms that promote and disseminate throughout the country. We are also formally registered with the Public Employment Services Offices (PESO) of the local government units all over the country. We regularly conduct Job Fairs and Local Recruitment Activities that they call to respond in assisting those who need work in their area.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Recruitment begins with the Job Order provided by the client and, in turn, will be searched by Artecy Recruitment Department from its Human Resources databank forwarded by different job hiring sites. All resumes are collected and individually screened at the initial stage if the entries match the client’s requirements. Resumes that pass the initial screening will be sent by an invitation individually to undergo the second stage of the interview. Those who pass the initial appointment and demonstrate skills that match what the client is looking for will be endorsed to undertake the client’s final evaluation. The one chosen by the client will be allowed to process the pre-employment requirements and will be subject to an orientation on the company’s rules and regulations. In the first month, the new hire will be considered a Trainee, and during this period, he must show the ability to adapt to the client’s business philosophy in general. Once he meets the required qualifications, he will advance to a formal designation stage for the commencement of his probationary contract. An employee who successfully fulfills the standard set by the client in a six-month term will be granted Regularization and stay to continue his service to the client.
